Labor Day

I am so embarrassed that I was not sure what Labor Day was in celebration of, so I asked my mommy. Mommy had a general idea but wasn't exactly sure either. Thank goodness for google, I figured it out in seconds, it is to give all the hard "laborers" a day off, and so in celebration we did what every other American family does, we had a cookout! We invited mommy, my sister Rachael, and our friends Shannon, EJ, and Gabe. We had a good time even when the subject of politics was introduced, which I tried to shut down as quickly as it began. (Love Ya EJ, and so does mommy.) Anyway her are some cute pictures of the day, we are so grateful that we could share this time together, and we are praying and sending all our good thoughts to those facing the storm.

Gabe loves corn on the cob, at one point he had two pieces in his hands at the same time.

It was so funny Shannon was leaning on this rolling ottoman, and when I got up it moved and she almost fell completely on the floor, somehow I caught a picture of the action.

We also discovered that Gabe loved our big squishy bed, he looks so comfy.

Gabe loves going up and down the stairs, so we put up the gate just to be safe, but of course Krayton had to let him be a rebel, and up and down they went together, too cute.

Rachael and Gabe have a very cute little thing going, I think he just thinks she is really pretty, typical male haha.
