Baby's First Easter

Blake's first Easter was great. We loved watching him open his Easter basket, and he loved pulling out all the grass in it. We actually celebrated Easter on Saturday because Daddy had to go out of town for business on Sunday. We were very low key and just hung out at home with family. Dinner was delicious and Blake enjoyed drinking out of his bunny cup. This year the fabulous photographers of Long's Photography, who did our wedding had a ducks and bunnies portrait special, we jumped on board. The session started out good and Olyn said he is doing the best out of anyone all day, not 2 seconds later when the duckies surrounded him he freaked out. He eventually calmed down but the fit did make for some cute pictures. We ordered a bunch of stuff but my favorite is the museum mount , its so cool. I don't have anything like it and it turned out so cute. They are now on our dining area wall and the add a great pop of color and adorableness. I am unsure why this is underlined and I can't figure out how to undo that, sorry.

His two Easter baskets, one from us and one from Memaw. I really wanted a basket that had a little to do with the meaning of Easter so later we could use it as a stepping stone to discuss the true meaning of Easter. Well that was not an easy feet, so I bought two types of fabric and appliqued one on the other, I hoped to get it monogrammed but it was too late once I finally finished it.

That face melts my heart.

I love a dimply baby hand.

Of all the stuff in that basket he immediately found the Mickey Mouse small toy. Trip to Disney in the works.

I walked in the living room and this is what I found, my husband wearing some very small for him bunny ears.
The museum mount

Freak out moment.

Your camera is taking kiss ass pictures. You may even have a little side thing ready when Blakey is older. An of course he is charming as ever!
