This is a wrap up of all our Christmas Activities up until Christmas Eve....
Blakey helped Daddy hang lights outside
We went to go see Yo Gabba Gabba Live and Blake loved it and was mesmerized throughout the entire show and I made that shirt a hour before we had to leave because I realized he had no gabba anything to wear, I love how it turned out.
And of course picked a DVD as his souvenir
We attempted some hand print ornaments which can be tricky with a two year who immediately just wants to mush the paint around
Ahh wrapping gifts not so easy with this one
We went To Thomasville's Victorian Christmas for the first time and this was essentially how irritated Blake was the majority of the time, he had fallen asleep on the way there and was not happy to wake up
That is until we went into LUSH, I love that store, and Blake loved this picture frame can you see his big smiley face in the reflection?
Have I mentioned Blake is obsessed with "Charlie Brown" and "Noop-i" we have probably watched the Christmas DVD a hundred times in the car this season
A house in our neighborhood got national recognition this year for their light display so we had to go take a look, it was pretty amazing
Attempting a Christmas picture resulted in this
We also visited the Living Nativity again this year and I think we have made a doughnut run prior to sitting in the car waiting a tradition it was perfection
Mall Santa picture time, he was fine in line watching Santa but once we headed over it wasn't looking good
Yep not good!
But afterwards we continued the tradition of making a build a bear after our picture with Santa, this year shockingly he chose "Noop-i"
Of course we made sugar Christmas cookies
And Blake was all business when it came to decorating the cookies, it was so cute to watch how into it he was
We also made a gingerbread house, Blake cared for about a minute and then moved along leaving Daddy to finish it ;)
Dorothy B Oven is a must to see all the pretty lights
So sweet when Blake decided Baby Jesus needed to be covered up
We made homemade marshmallows and peanut butter balls for the neighbors
And Blake helped decorate the plates we delivered them on
We had to have Elf night with treats and cocoa
Oops I tried some wrapping again
Our neighbors had movie night outside where we watched Santa Paws, that's Blake over there sitting in a Princess Chair he stole because it was next to his favorite big boy friend Drew
We made salt dough ornaments with our Steph and Penelope
And started opening gifts from Memaw a little early because there were just too many!!!
