23 Months

I can't believe this is already here...23 months has flown by and soon enough he will be TWO! 

Blake at 23 months...

1.Seems to be adding new words everyday and likes to slip them in when you least expect it and its so fun and exciting with every new word.

2. Hitting has reemerged but not other kids just mommy, when I tell him no or he can't do what he wants he will hit and time outs are implemented immediately. I know it s a phase and am trying to be patient, but boy it can get hard.

3. Has grown taller I am sure since all the sudden his shorts are daisy dukes, overnight it seems

4.Still loves anything and everything Toy Story

5.Loves loves loves his "mum" (memaw) and often asks for her.

He always expects "ducks ducks" (organic goldfish type crackers) when we are out the pool.

 Is already a good shopper and knows what he wants and doesn't and will tell you no if he is not interested in a particular item.

 Carrying all his pool toys himself, such a big boy

Loves DVDs not necessarily watching them but he likes the cases and actual disc, which made for a messy clean up forty times a day once he figured out how to open the entertainment center. Those are now in storage with just a few replacing them for play purposes.
