I look forward to our trip to Savannah every year, this year was no different and as usual the city provided an amazing time!
That's right people another of my boys from the back holding hands, I can't help myself. This is at Forsythe park.
Squirrel "hunting" this is where Blake runs around chasing squirrels yelling at them "Hey sgirl where you going, come back!"
Always on the prowl for two perfect sticks for "pirate ship" as he calls it, pirate sword fighting
The joy you can see in a toddler face amazes me every time, not a care in the world just how it should be
I love this fountain, it was ordered from a catalog which makes me laugh but its gorgeous!
My boys deep in conversation
Breakfast at Huey's! A must if in Savannah
The kid usually travels with some kind of slipcovered DVD/Bluray
Dinner at The Lady and Sons
My kid loves a Starbucks, the milk, the atmosphere, and of course some conversation with Daddy
Just resting a spell in Starbucks with his milk
This is how Blake takes in a church, honestly when we went in there it was amazing but the kid mostly thought the acoustics were amazing and found himself enjoying the echo, needless to say we left pretty quickly
Church doors
This is a biggie for me! Blake and I had lunch just the two of us at The Gryphon Tea Room, so yummy by the way. I have never eaten at a restaurant alone without another adult. It was great we sat outside ate yummy food and got to listen to the church bells.
On the Trolley tour
Dinner at Moon River Brewing, this was their version of Blue Moon and it was delicious. This place is well known to be haunted and has been on all those shows, but it was suppose to be great so we risked it, I was feeling OK until I started taking pictures and this is what I saw...
What the heck is that!? One minute I'm taking pictures and nothing is there the next minute this appears right in front of him, and then it was gone. Now we have enough ghosts around us which I'm OK with since I know they are loved ones, but I'm uneasy about people I don't know. I sound like a looney tune right, sorry ignore me.
I think I have decided my signature photograph will be of food with my kid in the background.
Until next year Savannah!
