14 Months...

This is a little late but better late than never right?

Blake at 14 months

Weighed 26 lbs 6 oz (his weight gain has slowed and his growth chart is starting to level out)

1. Has quite a few words (I'm going to list them so I can remember)

there are a couple more but I am having tired moment and cant remember

2.Just tonight took a bunch of steps, probably 20 in 5-6 step stints

3. Loves to feed himself and really hardly ever lets me feed him anymore, also likes to drink out my glass

4. He understands so much more than we think and often times tries to repeat what we are saying

5. Loves an iPhone and can turn one on, unlock it, and play his fav michael buble music

6. He has a bit of an attitude sometimes and in frustration will swat me or daddy which is why we have purchased a time out rug. He knows when he is doing wrong because as soon as he does it he says "hi" like oops lost my cool sorry

7. Is obsessed with books and the majority of our playtime during the day is spent reading books, his favorite right now is Curious George's neighborhood

8.Is a good eater if he likes it, he is little hesitant to try new things and vegetables are definitely our hardest food group to get in everyday. he is definitely like his momma in that he has a texture sensitivity when it comes to food

9.Loves to dance , he bounces and sways his arms back and fourth (too cute)

10. Has instituted a nose scrunch which we love!!!

11. Still nurses to sleep and throughout the night which is my fault but we okay with it right now, he is worth all the lost sleep and I so enjoy and treasure our special night time cuddle moments

Every week Daddy mows the lawn and every week Blake and I spend time staring out the window watching him intently
