SMILE!

Blake is 5 weeks old now and everyday brings something new and exciting. He is getting so big and strong, he is up to 10.5 lbs now and is holding his head up quite a bit. He has recently started smiling at people and things as opposed to just gas, and we love every single glimpse of a smile. He has started sleeping longer stretches at night now and I am steadily reading sleep training books trying to decide on our own perfect combo method for a good night's rest when the time has come, out of newborn stage I think is best for us. We have just recently started having a spit up issue, so to all those seasoned mommas out there feel free to leave comments on your favorite sleep methods, and spit up cures. I have posted a video that to many will be boring but to all the family that isn't close this is for you! Also pictures for my momma who was exposed to strep throat and refuses to come over and visit until the incubation period is over, and actually came over and made me hold Blake at the window so she could love him from afar, so sad! We also decided to take his picture with the same bear every month so we can see how much he is growing I got the idea from someone's blog but can't remember who, so thank you to whoever it was.
